Policy
Trinity
Lutheran School admits students
of any race, color, national or ethnic origin to all rights, privileges,
programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students
at our school. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color,
national or ethnic origin in administration of our educational policies and
other school-administered programs.
Entrance
Requirements
Students
entering PK-3 through Kindergarten must be the appropriate age by
September 29 of the school year they are enrolling and they must also be
toilet trained.
Each
student enrolling for the first time shall provide

Lutheran
School
a copy of their Birth Certificate and a current State Immunization
Record. The Commonwealth
of Virginia School Entrance Health Form
(Form MCH-213E, Parts 1-3 REV. 10/03), is the approved form we use and
can be obtained from your physician or the Department of Health.
New
students entering First through Fifth Grades must provide a copy of the
last report card received from the previous school attended at the time
of registration. Students without previous academic records will be
tested prior to enrollment.
Completion
of the Release of Records form is required for new students enrolling in
First through Fifth Grades.
