Summer Camp 2008
SUMMER CAMP DISCOUNT!
Trinity’s Summer Camp
2008 promises to be an exciting program, with brand new field trips,
weekly cooking experiences, water fun, and more! Your children will
be well supervised by a quality staff, in the nurturing Christian
atmosphere for which Trinity is known.
With the inclusion of
Extended Care fees this year, Trinity is offering a special
discount to families who register by May 31st.
Register early and the extended care fees will be as follows:
Before Care (6:30
a.m.-9:00 a.m.): $15.00/week; $8.00/week for additional siblings
After Care (3:00
p.m.-6:00 p.m.): $15.00/week; $8.00/week for additional siblings
Both Sessions:
$20.00/week; $10.00/week for additional siblings
Register early and save
as much as $30.00 a week ($45.00 for two children)!!!!!!!!
Trinity Lutheran School
offers a 9-week summer camp that serves our school, church, and
community families with children in PK-3 through rising sixth grade.
Camp will begin on June 16th and will run through August
15th. Daily
camp hours are from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.. Extended care hours
are from 6:30 a.m. until 9 a.m. and from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m.
Extended care is offered for a small fee in addition to the normal
camp tuition and is only open to registered campers.
Weekly camp
tuition is $120, payable at least one week in advance of each week
of attendance, with a $15 tuition reduction for each additional
sibling enrolled in camp. Before camp care fees (6:30 a.m. -
9:00 a.m.) are $30 per week. After camp extended care fees
(3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.) are also $30 per week. The fee for
using both before and after camp extended care is $50 per month.
Additional siblings enrolled in before or after camp care will
receive a $15 per week discount per additional child, and additional
siblings enrolled in both before and after camp care will receive a
$25 per week discount per additional child. Registration fees are $75 for PK-3
through kindergarten campers and $95 for rising 1st
through rising 6th grade campers.
Each week of camp
offers a special theme including field trips to the Virginia Zoo,
the Virginia Sports Hall of Fame, Norfolk Botanical Garden, Color Me
Mine art studio, Rock Gym, Nauticus, the Mariners' Museum, and the
Virginia Living Museum. Several in-house field trips are also
planned to include a bird show, miniature golf, picnics, water fun,
and walks to the park.
A tentative schedule
of camp activities is issued in February, along with current fees
and rates. Enrollment for school/church families for the full
9-week program begins February 1st. Enrollment for
children not affiliated with TLC or TLS and for those who plan to
attend during selected weeks begins on March 1st. For more
